Piper began her banking career in 1999 as a Teller. Since that time, she has held various positions throughout the financial industry including Personal Banker, Data Processor, Closing Agent, Loan Processor, Finance Administrator, Credit Analyst, Special Assets, Consumer and Commercial Lender. She has a vast array of experience which allows her to offer her clients knowledge on many different lending levels. Piper has worked with clients from numerous types of businesses such as Commercial Real Estate, C & I, Construction, SBA, Asset-Based and Public Finance. In her role as Vice President, she specializes in Commercial Lending.
Piper earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, with a minor in Human Resource Management. She is also a graduate from the University of Colorado’s Graduate Banking School and is a Certified Moody's Analysis Banker.
In her spare time, Piper is very active in her community. She coaches youth sports, volunteers at her church, Dress for Success and with the Goodwill Organization by providing financial/career coaching to middle and High school students in the Denver area. She is also a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), where she serves as a chair for the Women of Influence Committee, is a member of NAIOP, is involved in the Infrastructure Committee with Denver Metro Chamber and is an active board member with Business Resource Alliance Group. Piper loves all things Colorado especially spending time outdoors hiking, biking, running and playing golf.
Having the opportunity to meet with various types of business owners is what Piper believes is the best part of her job. She enjoys creating a synergy that supports their visions and passions while exploring financial options to successfully improve their business.
