Lincoln’s Competitive Edge? Its Employees

By: Macala Hoffschneider, Senior Retail Manager, Lincoln, NE

I have had the privilege of working within the financial services industry for nearly 18 years. During that time, I have been graced by the talents of many employees. It has been one of my greatest honors to work side-by-side with each employee. I know that I am a better person as a result of countless contributions. This is my salute to those employees past, present, and future.
