Due to varying safety recommendations in the areas surrounding our branches, some locations are open to the public, while others remain open by appointment only. All drive-thru services and hours remain unaffected. Please use our Lobby Reopening Schedule to determine if an appointment is required before your visit. We will be updating the list regularly. Please avoid branch lobby visits if you are sick, have been exposed to the virus, or have traveled to a high-risk area.

Access your accounts from your device of choice with the free Great Western ebanking app. This app offers a user-friendly experience and allows you to view balances without logging in using the quick balance feature. Once logged in, you may view checks, add bill pay payees, locate an ATM, set up push notifications, and more! To get started, download the Great Western ebanking app available through the App Store®, on Google Play™ or at the Amazon Appstore. To log in to Great Western ebanking, use the same credentials for both online and mobile banking.

Text Message Banking
