New bill pay functionality for the mobile app

Great Western Bank understands the importance of having access to the information you want, anywhere you are.

With how busy our lives have become, mobile banking is as popular as ever. In fact, 60% of smartphone users say they use mobile banking in some way versus 36% who said so five years ago.* That’s why at Great Western Bank we are working to provide you with the services and features you need at your fingertips - through the Great Western ebanking mobile app!

Before, these features were only available through online banking. After recent enhancements, you now have access to additional bill pay functionality within the mobile app:

  • Enroll, view, pay and manage electronic bills (eBills);
  • Set up scheduled/automatic bill payments;
  • View bill pay history; and
  • Remove payees no longer needed.
